Refund Policy
Because MonuMechs products are created especially for each customer, all items are made to order.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@monumechs.com within 30 days of receiving it.
Include:

A description of the problem

Clear photographs showing the item and issue
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please do not mail an item back unless we instruct you to do so.
Wrong size, color, or change of mind
Because every item is printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges when:

The wrong size or color was ordered

The customer changed their mind

An incorrect product or variant was selected

The item no longer fits the customer’s preference
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, the order might no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation.
Lost shipments
If your package has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and available delivery records.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once fulfillment or shipping has begun, an address change might not be possible. Additional charges may apply if an order must be produced or shipped again because an incorrect address was provided.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided to you by applicable consumer-protection laws.
