Shipping Policy
Made-to-order production
MonuMechs products are printed especially for each customer. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates shown during checkout include the available information for the selected destination and shipping method, but they are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Some products require separate packaging or may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result:

Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages

Packages may arrive on different days

Separate shipping charges may apply to different product categories
Stickers commonly ship separately from apparel and may include an additional shipping charge.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Delivery delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, high seasonal volume, inventory issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
If an estimated delivery date has passed, please allow an additional five business days for unexpected carrier delays before contacting us.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Contact contact@monumechs.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
Once an order has entered production or shipping, changes might not be possible. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when an order must be sent again because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived, contact contact@monumechs.com with your order number.
Lost-package concerns must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate the shipment.
